Every great event has someone behind it who made sure the speakers were up, the lights were right, and nothing fell apart when it mattered. That's the tech. If you like gear, solving problems on the fly, and being the reason a night runs smooth, this is your way in.

Impossible Entertainment Event Techs handle the setup, operation, and breakdown of everything we bring to a wedding, party, or corporate event. No experience required. We'll train you. It's the best first step into live events there is.

What you'll do​

• Help transport, set up, and break down company equipment

• Check that everything is working before and during the event

• Troubleshoot technical issues fast

• Support the DJ and MC with whatever they need during the event

• Run company audio, video, lighting, special effects, photo booth, and DJ gear

• Keep equipment organized, clean, and properly stored

• Wrap cables the right way, every time

• Deliver great customer service to clients and guests

• Pitch in on anything else that makes the event a success

What we're looking for​

• 18 or older

• Basic understanding of audio and lighting gear, or the willingness to learn (we train)

• Sharp attention to detail

• Able to lift and move 50+ lbs

• Calm problem-solver under pressure

• A real interest in music, live sound, or A/V production

• Comfortable learning and using company software

• Good communicator​
