The Details
We believe in clear communication and zero hidden fees. In most cases, the price you book is the price you pay. The situations below are the only circumstances where additional charges may apply.
Travel Outside Our Standard Service Area
We love traveling for events. For locations more than 100 miles from our office (measured via Google Maps), we apply a $250 travel fee to cover fuel, meals, and lodging when required.This fee only applies when extended travel is necessary.
Microphone Care
We use high-quality professional microphones for ceremonies and toasts.If a microphone is intentionally dropped or mishandled by a guest, a $350 inspection and repair fee may apply. This allows us to professionally inspect and service the equipment so it remains reliable for future events.(Accidents happen — this only applies to intentional misuse.)
Power Requirements & Generator Use
To provide reliable, professional sound, we require two properly grounded 15-amp / 120V electrical outlets within 100 feet of our setup area.These outlets must be dedicated and not shared with high-draw equipment such as air conditioners, heaters, heat lamps, cooking equipment, or large lighting systems.If suitable power is not available, we will supply a professional-grade generator placed safely away from the dance area. In that case, a $400 fee is added to cover generator rental, insurance, fuel, and transport.

Venue Restrictions & Vendor Agreements
Some venues require vendors to sign performance agreements that may include restrictions such as volume limits, load-in or load-out constraints, parking limitations, or staffing requirements.These restrictions are not always disclosed to couples ahead of time and can affect our ability to deliver the best possible experience.If venue-imposed restrictions require additional equipment, staffing, or accommodations to meet their requirements, the associated cost may be passed through to you. In many cases, venues are willing to adjust or remove restrictions once we discuss how they impact the event — and we’re happy to lead that conversation on your behalf.
