DJ Kyle
Kyle Roseberry Started his DJ career in 2012 while studying Biology at Millersville University in Lancaster, PA. He worked for PartyMasterz in Reading, PA and DJ-ed everything from karaoke nights, to school dances, and weddings.
Post graduation, Kyle moved back home and opened Impossible Entertainment In November of 2014, with the immense support of his amazing and beautiful girlfriend (now wife) Erica.
Kyle truly enjoys all genres of music, but especially loves 90's, 00's pop/ hip hop, and classic rock. He studied DJing at the Scratch Academy in Philadelphia, and is always learning.
Continuing his education with a Masters of Electrical Engineering from NJIT, Kyle leverages his technical know-how to ensure that the whole team has the best audio and lighting equipment, and the technical knowledge to provide the smoothest experience at every event.
James Stout

DJ James
DJ James began performing professionally as a DJ in 2017. He landed his first public gig at the Lehigh Valley's largest bar and nightclub in the area in that year. He continued to learn and craft his DJ skills by working and networking with other experienced and award winning DJs. James began to perform at wedding and private events in summer of 2018.
James met Kyle while working a summer job in college together, but only later did Kyle discovered James' DJ talents and naturally began working together at events in 2019.
James has always had a fascination with music since he was a young child. During high school, he took a music production class and started to understand basic concepts of music and song structure. In college, he studied aviation and earned his private pilot license. While in college, James' friends encouraged him to try out DJing, and thanks to their early support, the rest is history!
James has a passion for music, an outgoing personality, and loves to create fun memories! He appreciates that music can be uniting and brings people together. Making connections to guests, while adding a skilled variety of music and smooth transitions to every set he performs is a standard.

Quinn, who goes by Q, joined Impossible Entertainment in February of 2016. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Lehigh University and a Masters in Music Composition from Montclair State.
Q begun training with Impossible Entertainment while in school, but due to his natural affinity for music, quickly ascended to lead Event MC. Quinn adds a special flair to every event with his unique appreciation for all kinds of music, and how they fit together.
A connoisseur of the musical arts, Q listens to classical music, rock, and jazz, all the way up to pop, hip hop, and house.
Akasha Raddalgoda

Akasha has been working with Impossible Entertainment since 2019 while in High School. After graduating, he began to study at Rutgers. Akasha has gained a lot of experience with the gear and equipment we use, encompassing the audio, lighting, photobooth, and software. He even dabbled as a DJ for a period of time, until his work as an entrepreneur, traveling, and continual academic studies required him to put his DJing on hold.
When he's not providing his skillful expertise assisting the DJs and MCs at Impossible Entertainment, you can catch him enjoying adrenaline sports, spending time with his family, or traveling the world and experiencing other cultures. Musically, he enjoys various genres of EDM, and watching various music artists perform live.
Akasha's essential assistance at some of our events, helps to ensure all of our equipment is setup, working properly, and later disassembled for other events.
Dillon Spear

Dillon Spear joined Impossible Entertainment in February of 2019. He specializes in EDM, rock, and current dance tracks. He also loves throwing it back to the 80s and 90s.
Dillon brings his energy and infectious smile everywhere he goes. No event is too small, and he puts 150% into everything he does.
Having graduated from DeVry after studying Film and Audio for Film, Dillon is constantly surrounded by audio and music. It is not only his passion, but also his life.
Fun Fact: Dillon sings heavy metal in a band.
Daryl Bailey
DJ , MC

James and Daryl met through working together in their early 20s, and years later Daryl joined Impossible Entertainment in 2022. Daryl also achieved the prestigious title of MC in 2025. His creative blends of music through multiple genres as a DJ, as well as his skills to connect with guests and ensure events run smoothly as an MC helps ensure every event is memorable!
As a youngster Daryl always found music being more than just sound coming out of a speaker. Music is a form of art, created to bring people together as one, and Daryl loves the feeling he gets when he sees guests and hosts enjoying the music, each other's company, and feeling the energy out on the dance floor. That connection and compassion towards music and people is why Daryl enjoys performing at all types of events.
While Daryl enjoys to mix many genres and even decades of music together, some of his personal favorites are: various sub-genres of EDM, R&B, and Hip Hop.
Daryl is very personable and finds it easy to connect with guests during events. We are blessed to have the opportunity to share his talents!
Derek Fenton

Derek's interest in music began in High School, as he became more interested and involved with music production and related software. Derek likes to create musical sets with super high energy, deep bass, and groovy beats to provide clients with a unique listening experience. In 2022, Derek began working for Impossible Entertainment to share his talents with others.
While Derek enjoys mixing multiple genres, he is exceptionally passionate when he gets to perform with his favorite EDM subgenres of House, Dupstep, and Trap, along with various genres of Hip-Hop music. Derek loves to see the energy build on the dancefloor and keep the high energy, positive vibes alive!

From a young age, Nick discovered his passion for music and entertaining. With a natural flair for getting people on their feet and keeping the energy high, he knew his talents needed to be shared. Right after graduating high school in 2005, he invested in his first DJ setup and dove into perfecting his craft—learning not just how to mix music, but how to truly connect with his audience.
Over the past 20 years, Nick has become a seasoned DJ known for bringing life and excitement to every event he performs. He’s especially known for taking popular dance tracks and blending them together smoothy to create fresh, one-of-a-kind mixes that keep the dance floor moving, and you won't hear from the radio.
Nick’s favorite genres include '90s and early 2000s party and club music, along with high-energy EDM mashups. Whether it's an elegant wedding or an energetic celebration, DJ Nick delivers a dynamic experience guests won’t soon forget.
As Marketing Specialist at Impossible Entertainment, he supports company leadership with operations, digital content, vendor relations, and promotional efforts.
